Police bust tobacco smuggling gang
The financial crime unit of the Greek Police said on Monday that it had unraveled a criminal gang that earned profits of more than 100 million euros from the manufacture and distribution of illegal tobacco products.
In coordinated raids in the region of Koropi in eastern Attica, 19 people aged between 21 and 82 were arrested.
Police said they are looking for two more suspects.
